**The Prince George Hotel **is looking for an early riser and energetic **Breakfast Server** to start a day full of memorable experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing a terrace for the breakfast: turning on the lights, supplying buffet, setting up cutlery and dishes
- Greeting guests and sitting them
- Serving food and beverage and maintaining tables while meals and meetings are taking place
- Ensuring that all guests’ service needs are addressed in a friendly, timely and professional manner
- Other duties could include: general clean up and tidying of restaurant areas such as putting away linen, maintaining catering storage areas, preparing equipment & polishing cutlery
- Delivering food service at the hotel

**Requirements**:

- Flexible to work morning shift work including weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to work in high-quality, fast-paced, and demanding kitchen operation.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- **Able to start shift at 5:30 a.m.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $13.62 per hour
