Bayview Kenworth is a large Atlantic Canadian Heavy Truck Dealer group with 9 locations. Our New Glasgow Nova Scotia Dealership is currently recruiting a person for the position of Outside Heavy Duty Truck parts Sales. If you are engergetic, Dynamic, have the ability to sell, outgoing and comfortable dealing with the public, not affraid of Cold calls, we would like to hear from you. This position is Salary + comission, our structure is set up so you have the potential to earn an above average wage. It is a fast pased environment, a lot of moving Parts ( no punn intended ) if you excell at Sales; have the know how to suceed in an agressive environment, this is the position for you.

**Responsibilities**- Monitor local market pricing and report weekly-
- Call on assigned accounts and maintain reports on all sales engagements and submit to manager-
- Target new potential customers for parts, service, ( cold calls ) grow the business-
- Initiate surveys, share results with department managers to improve customer happiness-
- Maintain company vehicle as required and keep vehicle clean at all times-
- Assist in maintaining the parts department inventory-
- Deliver parts to customer in accordance with purchases**Qualifications**- Valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract-
- Experience with truck parts inventory preferred-
- Knowledge of heavy-duty/medium duty truck inventory-
- Good written and oral communication skills and eagerness to improve-
- Strong listening skills as they relate to workload, time management, and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment-
- Effective problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills-
