**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and acknowledge all residents, contractors, and guests according to established standards.
- Respond to resident requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., reservations, dry cleaning, transport), by planning or identifying appropriate providers.
- Respond to special requests from residents with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Manages owner and tenant inquiries, complaints, parcels, and general requests. Being proactive in ensuring problems are addressed in a timely manner to ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
- Being genuinely helpful at all times, addressing concerns immediately and escalating the ones which cannot be completed.
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to residents about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Answering phone calls using appropriate etiquette, logging reports, perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are crisp, clean, and professional.
- General tidying of the front entrance and lobby space including changing garbage, vacuuming, cleaning the entry doors and glass as needed.
- Monitor amenity space for service, safety, and well-being of residents.
- Responsible for access controls for contractors.
- Follows established procedures and policies when completing tasks, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Orders office supplies and maintains inventory.
- Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

**Qualifications & Skill Requirements**:

- At least 2-years customer service experience required.
- Prior experience as a concierge in a hotel environment considered an asset.
- Driven and aspiring to always create a positive environment for all guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Interest in meeting new people, building connections and building experiences.
- Clear communication both verbal and written
- Able to work flexible hours, availability for evenings and weekends required.
- Must be computer literate and understanding of Microsoft office, included but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work as a team, be creative, and think outside of the box

**This position requires flexibility with shift work to cover weekdays, evenings and weekends, as well as needed for sick days, vacations, or additional administrative support.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
