The position is primarily responsible for the compilation of data from all sites and the assemblage of reports to be distributed to the end user. Tasks include data compilation - sample results, flow data, and notes, analysis, troubleshooting, quoting, and report writing. Coordination with Site Technicians will be necessary to fulfil these duties, and the role will include support for the Site Technicians such as providing them with data or operational advice for their sites. The position will also assist with administrative tasks within the Department. Employees must adhere to all internal and external company healthy and safety policies. The analyst will act as a company ambassador to continually represent the Waterloo Biofilter brand.

**Requirements**:

- Must be detail oriented
- Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Word and Excel
- Experience with ExpandIT, Business Central 365, or Microsoft Applications is considered an asset
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills
- A background in wastewater treatment principles is required
- An engineering or science background is considered an asset
- Experience with Analytics Tools (Python, R, Databases) is considered an asset
- Experience with Ontario Building Code (OBC) and Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks (MECP) regulations is considered an asset
- English proficiency - strong verbal and written communication skills are required

**Salary**:Dependent on experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
