**The role**:
The Sales Support Assistant is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to the SAAs and AAs within the SME Team, which includes the preparation and delivery of merchant agreement forms and facilitating necessary changes within the database via the use of the MasterFile Googlesheet. The Sales Support Assistant is also required to engage with merchants for clarifications on missing documents / pages to ensure accuracy of documentation being returned.
- Salary range: 40,000 - 45,000**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare documentation such as merchant agreement forms.
- Coordinate with other departments for account maintenance and price change requests.
- Follow-up with merchants on paperwork already sent.
- Outbound call to merchants for follow-up as required.
- Other duties assigned.

**What we’re looking for**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and excellent organisation skills
- Bilingual in French and English will be considered an asset
- Some administrative experience in a corporate setting will be considered an asset
- Solid typing proficiency skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, detailed and deadline oriented environment
