**What You Will Do with Us**

As the **Sundries Accounts Payable Coordinator** based in our **Mississauga** office you will be processing vendor invoices for payment, develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers and internal personnel.

**How You Will Thrive With Us**
- Process vendor invoices in AS400 daily - ensuring accuracy and on timely basis.
- Provide support for branches, such as invoice coding and payment status, disputes etc.
- Respond to Accounts Payable inquiries from vendors and other internal contacts in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal personnel
- Meet deadlines and obtain proper invoice approvals
- Proficient ongoing contact with all suppliers and branches as required
- Reconcile Vendor statements and address all past-due items
- Audit submitted Concur expense reports for accuracy and completeness
- Organize, scan, and file EFT reports, cheque registers, and other back-up as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Fulfill manual and/or adhoc requests and other duties as assigned

**Who Are You**
- 3-year college diploma in Business Administration (or the equivalent combination of education and experience.)
- Familiarity with AS400 preferred, and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a high attention to detail
