**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assuming project management responsibility for commercial projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor a variety of projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure that they are. completed on budget and on schedule.
- Issue quotes for commercial projects added to the system (CRM)
- Supporting complex negotiations with key clients.
- Follow through with project lead generation and tracking from various sources.
- Maintaining project files, ensuring pricing approval by the Ontario Sales Manager.
- Supporting communication between the Territory Managers and their customers.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for Commercial Territory Managers.
- Serve as a liaison between Inside Sales and territory managers regarding commercial projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication as needed.
- Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Fluent in French and English**:

- Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to those with a Landscaping, Architectural or Civil Engineering background.
- PMP designation or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
- Robust project management skill set.
- Strategic thinking, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade and influence at all levels within the company.
- Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced, team environment.
