**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a client with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct regular health assessments and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of the client as needed.
- Accompany the client for outings and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all nursing interventions and observations.
- Educate the client and their family members about TBI management and provide support and guidance.
- Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements regarding client care and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Certified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license.
- Specialized training or experience in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) care is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support to clients and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
