The Department of Social Development is seeking an individual to join the central office Strategy and Advisory Services team as a Change Management Specialist.

Responsibilities include planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement and consultation sessions, developing communications and training plans, as well as providing coaching to minimize resistance to change.
- Certification in change management from Prosci or any other recognized organization including GNB Change Management Framework offered by Finance and Treasury Board;
- Experience in preparing presentations and presenting to various audiences.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

**Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.**

**Salary: $62,452-$87,230 **per annum.**
