Swift Current, Canada Paterson Grain Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading of grain;
Monitoring stored grain conditions and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment;
Perform or assist in routine maintenance and repairs;
Other duties as assigned.
Maintain safe and effective handling of fertilizer, chemical, seed, and other product inventories handled at the location in accordance to Health & Safety guidelines;
Ensure safe and effective operation of all equipment that is utilized within Paterson Crop Inputs location;
Assist with business administration tasks (service logs, inventory, sales reports, etc.) as required;
Advise and assist customers by loading and delivery of Crop Input Products and Fertilizer;
Promote, maintain, and build strong customer service relations and service to our customers;
Unload and transfer of Fertilizer into new plant and external bins.
Overtime opportunities loading/unloading railcars and in peak seasons

**Qualifications**:
Grain cleaning experience is an asset;
Experience with agriculture, farm equipment and a mechanical aptitude is preferred;
Available to work evenings and weekends;
Previous elevator experience an asset.
A degree or diploma in Agriculture or equivalent industry experience;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently but also willing to contribute to the team dynamic at the location;
Class 5 license required/ Class 1 or 3 is considered an asset
