Team Lead, Integrations

The Data Integrations Team is a great place if you enjoy both a client-facing and technical role. In this role, you will be leading and developing a team of Application and Data Integration Specialists are project focused, and are responsible for maintaining and driving the client relationship post sale; ensuring that project requirements are understood and executed on time. In this role, you will help to shape a world-class team, drive continuous improvement, and coach team members to ensure that they have the support, resources, and tools to be successful.

**What you’ll do**:

- Recruit, hire and nurture a world-class team.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset.
- Drive team initiatives/activities and align them with departmental business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, high-performance and continuous learning.
- Serve as the first escalation point for client and team issues.
- Lead regular team meetings and mentor/coach team members.
- Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics.
- Promote and participate in developing our internal documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to address Integration & Reporting - related issues.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the capability to take initiative
- Strong Process Management and improvement skills
- Proven Project Management experience for small projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
- Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation.

**Additional preferred qualifications**:

- 2+ year experience in a professional services organization, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in the SaaS space.
- Experience in a rapidly scaling or high growth team environment.
