Sales Associate

Our client, an established local jewellery retailer, is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join their team. This position will be the friendly face who welcomes all visitors into the store and will enthusiastically partner with customers to offer a service-focused and knowledgeable buying experience.
Located in Fort Saskatchewan, this opportunity offers competitive base pay plus commission.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Provide all visitors with a warm welcome and professional experience.
- Develop long-standing client relationships through trust and integrity.
- Showcase and present merchandise sharing detailed information and specific product features.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gemstones and fine jewellery.
- Partner with other team members to foster a collaborative working environment.
- Continuously work to keep showcase area tidy and professional.
**Key Qualifications and Experience Include**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a customer service focused role.
- Fine jewellery industry knowledge is a definite asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn about new products and services.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule in a retail environment.
