**Description**

As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, VW Credit Canada, Inc., also known as Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VW Credit, Inc. Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Planning & Business Analytics Specialist creates and supports achievement of sales and profitability targets for all lines of business (lease, loan, protection plans and commercial lending) by delivering detailed sales analytics, forecasting & business intelligence to the Sales Planning, Controlling and Sales teams. Additional responsibilities include delivery of portfolio performance reporting, sales incentive program development, preparation & monitoring/reporting of custom dealer business reviews, training presentations and financial product proposals.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and deliver business forecast modelling, analytics and business intelligence for the annual 5-year business planning process, financial review activities and Board of Director reviews. Includes collaboration with the Brands for input data requirements, coordination and alignment, preparation of competitive intelligence, identification of market trends, competitive benchmarking and market share positioning.
- Key contributor to the annual business planning processes including development of Sales targets and departmental, regional and territory scorecards. Provides sales management oversight with delivery of monthly and quarterly business reviews including reporting of Sales and Sales Team performance. Utilize self-developed analytics, reporting and business acumen to identify risks and opportunities to sales target achievement and communicate findings with tactical recommendations to the Sales Organization.
- Act as Salesforce Sales Cloud SME and Administrator to manage user groups, and content. Document all future Administrator procedures with future evolution of the Sales Cloud. Communicate with stakeholders/users for troubleshooting and training on Salesforce and related reporting issues
- Full responsibility for the design, development, delivery and reporting of all sales incentive programs including necessary regression testing. Includes comprehensive incentive reward management (RFP, Agency, Budget, Communications, etc.). Create commercial finance proposals and Dealer Group Business Reviews to support Sales Team business development. Develop and maintain sales analytics tools to speed delivery of customer analytical requests. Deliver Sales Team custom analytical requests and presentations.

**Qualifications**

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study (Business Management, Finance, Data, Economics, Math)

EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of financial/business analysis experience
- 3+ years of automotive finance experience, preferred
- Preferred experience in Dashboard Tools for business intelligence & reporting
