- Salary Range for Plant Buyer - Maintenance from $63,000 to $72,000 / year and is based on experience
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Technicians, and Reliability Leads to ensure timely procurement for preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and inventory logs to maintain an organized storeroom and ensure part availability.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support long-term partnerships.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance procurement and inventory management systems.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
- Strong mechanical aptitude; working knowledge of machanical prosesses required.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with SAP and procurement software; familiarity with MRP processes is an asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and vendors.
- High level of autonomy, integrity, and initiative to support operational and sustainability goals.
