**Your Role**:
As the Medical Office Administrator Team Lead, you will oversee the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions, ensuring exceptional service for every patient. You will also mentor and guide team members, foster collaboration with healthcare professionals, and help drive efficiency and excellence in our day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Lead with Purpose_: Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience and efficient workflows.
- _Be the Go-To Expert_: Train and mentor staff in the use of systems such as Ramsoft (PACS), Jane, and Plexia, setting them up for success.
- _Champion Organization_: Manage appointment booking and scheduling, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with protocols and provincial health regulations.
- _Foster Collaboration_: Act as a liaison between patients, technologists, and healthcare providers, facilitating effective communication about patient care.
- _Create a Welcoming Environment_: Ensure the front office is organized, maintaining a professional and welcoming appearance.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Proficiency in medical office management with a strong understanding of medical imaging terminology.
- Hands-on experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Medical Office Assistant (MOA) and/or Team Lead (an asset).
- Familiarity with Jane and Plexia software for seamless patient management.
- Excellent organizational skills and diligence for maintaining accurate records.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical office: 2 years (preferred)
- Diagnostic Imaging: 1 year (preferred)
