We have an immediate opening for a **Department Head** in our Business Diploma Marketing Specialization (BDMS) program.

- **Employment Type**: Part-time (10- Hrs/Week)
- **Compensation**:$40/hour
**What You Will Do**:
You will manage and oversee the effective administration and delivery of the BDMS program at Stenberg College in order to ensure that there is consistency, leadership and quality assurance in the following areas, while remaining fiscally responsible.
- Curriculum
- Faculty Engagement and Education Delivery Success
- Student Experience and Success
- Program Administration
- Industry Partnerships, Reputation and Stakeholder Consultation
- Regulatory Compliance
**Must Haves**:
- A certificate/diploma/degree related to the field of Business, Marketing and/or Communications.
- Be a current practitioner in the assigned program area with a minimum of 5 years of applied work experience in combination with a minimum of two years of professional experience in leading or working in a faculty development, teacher training, and/or instructional development role
- Experience teaching adult learners.
- Curriculum development experience
**Please Note**:
Each Department Head will also be responsible for showing evidence that they have on an annual basis completed a minimum of 144 hours of practice per year that is directly related to the classes or practice education courses that they are delivering. Additionally, ongoing professional development courses are highly recommended.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
