_Position_

Civil and Commercial Litigation Boutique Law Firm in downtown Toronto seeking Litigation Law Clerk to join our team.
- Job Type: _Full Time, Permanent.
- Work Hours: _ Full time, In-Office hours; from 9 am to 5 pm including 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.
- Responsibilities_:

- Provide support for our senior law clerks
- Independently manage files and ensure deadlines are met efficiently
- Draft pleadings, affidavits of documents, bills of costs, motion materials, undertakings charts
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Organization and filing of hardcopy and electronic files
- Maintain time dockets
- Qualifications_:

- 2-4 years of experience as a litigation law clerk/legal assistant
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma or certificate an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and JSO filing is a must
- Experience with Soluno, Worldox, Caselines, and ACL are assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
