This is a growing student-owned and operated painting company based in Don Mills, Toronto, looking for a sales manager to help book more work for the upcoming summer No previous experience is needed.

This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, and develop sales, influence, and communication skills.

**Payment Structure**:

- We offer a base rate plus commission pay for all work sold
- Guaranteed to make 12k over the summer (May to August)

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting prospecting calls to qualify leads and set up appointments
- Completing in-house visits for clients and providing detailed estimates for painting work
- Leading a team of door-to-door marketers to source leads
- Completing job planners for all booked jobs

**Location**: Our work takes place primarily in the North York, East York, Don Mills and Leaside area
