**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in bookkeeping activities, including maintaining financial records and processing transactions.
- Manage filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support at the front desk, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Support the finance team with clerical tasks as needed, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document management and collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while providing customer support.
- Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments within the office environment.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Prior clerical experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective typing skills for documentation purposes.
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $27.20-$30.90 per hour
