**Job Title: Sales & Lot Design Associate - RV & Marina Estates**
**Location: Meota, Saskatchewan (Jackfish Lake)**
**Employment Term: Spring 2026 - Fall 2026 (with potential to extend; can accommodate school schedules)**

**RV & Marina Estates is a premium titled RV lot and marina development on scenic Jackfish Lake, offering buyers the opportunity to own and customize their lakefront lot. We also feature show sites that serve as examples to help inspire and guide buyers through the design process.**

**Position Overview**

**We’re hiring for the 2026 season—a role that blends sales, client relations, and lot layout/design. From our lakeside sales office, you’ll guide buyers through the purchasing process and collaborate with them on their custom lot layout.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Welcome and meet with prospective buyers**:

- **Present available lots, highlight features, and close sales**:

- **Work with buyers on**:

- **RV placement**:

- **Garage location & floor plan design**:

- **Landscaping**:

- **Underground utilities & infrastructure planning**:

- **Maintain accurate lot plans and client records**:

- **Work on-site Thursday-Monday (Tues & Wed off)**:

- **Participate in Open House events on long weekends**

**Qualifications**
- **Background in Interior Design, Drafting, Landscape Design, or related field (certificate/diploma an asset)**:

- **Sales experience an asset**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills**:

- **Comfortable working independently and in a small team**:

- **Adaptable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment**

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
