**About the Role**
- Full-time, four days per week _(schedule varies week to week)_
- Must be available to work variable weekdays and one Saturday per month
- 5+ years in a dental reception role (CDA is an asset)
- OpenDental experience is an asset, but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate care for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial procedures
- Communicate surgical information and aftercare instructions clearly and empathetically
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
- Support smooth clinic operations through effective collaboration with the surgical and administrative team

**Who Should Apply**
- Experience working in a dental office, ideally within a Specialty practice
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with medical and dental terminology
- Strong working knowledge of insurance billing procedures and preparing accurate treatment plan estimates
- A professional patient-centred mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Pay: $25.00-$34.76 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
