- Proficient in maintenance person tasks with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and their proper use in installation tasks.
