**About this Role**:
As a Representative, you will be the face of our brand You will engage with customers, help them find the best products and services for their needs, and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back. Whether you’re answering questions, recommending plans and devices, or collaborating with your colleagues, you’ll play an integral role in our high-performing sales team. Your impact will be felt every day — from the first customer interaction to the final sale.

**In this role you will**:

- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create positive, memorable experiences by solving problems, answering questions, and offering valuable advice.

- Use Digital Tools: Interact with customers through innovative platforms and digital systems to enhance their experience.

**What you bring to the team**:

- 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service
- A proven track record of working with sales targets or performance metrics
- Comfortable approaching customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Openness to feedback with a drive to grow and achieve results
- Pride in your work environment and a passion for representing the brand
- Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule (Monday - Sunday)
