You will be working in a small team environment, where the duties require attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to remain focused. As a member of our warehouse team, you will ensure that our customers' orders are picked up accurately and shipped when required. The position requires standing for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Book, log, and report daily outbound shipments
- Contact carriers for competitive rates
- Quality control on inbound/outbound shipments
- Pack orders to ship, familiarity with customs documents
- Able to unload inbound shipments
- Able to help unload inbound / outbound shipments
- Manage & optimize LTL carrier contact list
- Competitively markup outbound freight shipments
- Familiarize with stock locations
- Optimize work processes and computer systems
- Maintain a clean & safe working area

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

- Previous experience working in a distribution warehouse
- Forklift Certification preferred (training and certification available)
- Computer skills (print orders and labels, shipping software, SAP preferred, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Working English and French verbal (written an asset) skills

Ability to maximize productivity and efficiency of role, department processes and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
