**Description**

Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a large-scale migration project for SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. This role will need to understand the complexities of SharePoint and what can be involved when integrating them into the M365 Suite. They are looking for an individual who can understand the stakeholder’s interests, resolve conflicts while maintaining project momentum. An in-depth understanding of Enterprise Content Management systems is essential for success.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- University graduation in business, management or related discipline, and four years of Project Management (PM) experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or related discipline and six years of PM experience; OR One year certificate in business, management or related discipline and seven years of PM experience; OR
Eight years of PM experience
- Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (6+ years)
- Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures. (8+ years)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. (8+ years)

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (5+ years)
- Experience creating and managing project forecasts in Microsoft Project. (4+ years)
- Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, including executive level. (5+ years)
- Experience in project coordination of government and vendor-wide information management / information technology initiatives. (2+ years)
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (8+ years)
- Experience leading change management and communication planning. (5+ years)
- Experience working in or for the public sector. (3+ years)
- Experience working on Enterprise Content Management systems within government. (3+ years)
- Senior leadership experience working in the public sector (ideally Canada) with a sound knowledge of its stakeholders, business functions and informational requirements. (3+ years)

**Location**
- Edmonton/Hybrid

**Work Environment**
- 10 months with 1 possible 12-month extension

**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
