**_Are you an experienced CFO with financial services sector seeking a role where you can make an impact? _**

Our client is an established and rapidly growing privately owned financial services company. They are seeking a credible CFO with experience in high growth organizations with a strong history of leveraging technology.

In this role some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the development of the strategy, the roadmap and the business planning processes including:

- Developing and monitoring key objectives for finance department
- Developing and implementing policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in each department
- Performing risk management in terms of investments and cash flow
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Analyzing the Company's current technology status and determining ERP requirement and its contribution to the company’s growth
- Assisting the executive team on long-term financial and business planning
- Strategic corporate tax planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners (including corporate bankers) and stakeholders.

Skills required:

- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Business management or related degree
- CPA accreditation is essential, MBA would be beneficial
- At least five (5) years of experience as a CFO with extensive experience in financial services
- Strong experience in development of business plans, data analysis, performance monitoring, forecasting and business modelling
- Experience overseeing a successful technology change programs from selection through to implementation
- Demonstrated analytical ability to enable sound reporting, identify and understand trends and lead improvement

**Location**:This role is offering a hybrid working pattern, 4 days in Surrey, plus one day from home (Tuesday or Thursday).

**Package**:A basic salary of $250,000 to $400,000, dependent on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
