Recruitment & Administration Coordinator

Whitewater Management is looking for a **Recruitment & Administration Coordinator** to join our team, based out of our **Innisfail Depot** for a **14-month term (with possibility of extension).**
**Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**
- Collaborating with Human Resources and department managers to stay informed and up to date with hiring needs and upcoming job demands
- Working to developing job descriptions and specifications
- Demonstrate a thorough awareness of the industry and market challenges. Serve as a reliable resource for the company
- Sorting through applicants, conducting interviews while assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fill open positions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process
- Propose recruitment strategies that will support attraction and retention efforts
- Support the onboarding process and orientation
- Reception duties
- Time sheet entry
- Purchase Order support for Innisfail Depot
- PPE ordering and management for Innisfail Depot
- Assisting with reports and metrics
- Responsible for coordination of attending recruitment and community events
- Other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**
- **A minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment **_**(Oil & gas/ Construction is preferred)**_
- **A minimum of 2 years administration / coordination **_**(Oil & gas/ Construction is preferred)**_
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Dayforce Recruitment module is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Being the initial point of contact for many, you must serve as a good representative for the business by helping to maintain and improve Whitewaters workplace culture.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities and workload based on business needs
- Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to successfully interact and cooperate with a wide range of people including internal employees, field workers, stakeholders, external consultants etc.
- Ability to travel to recruitment and community events within AB and BC is required
- A cooperative individual who fosters a culture of professionalism, ethics, ongoing development, and teamwork
