**Shift Hours**: Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

**Compensation**:$18.46 - $24.06 / hourly

**What Will You Do?**
- Complete ACE/ACI manifests and set up Prior Notice
- Fax Prior Notice information to Customs broker and check Prior Notice website confirmation
- Check inbound PARS and PAPS in system
- Create and fix ACE and ACI’s for drivers using BorderConnect and send copies to drivers
- Update and locate information on BorderConnect for drivers
- Provide general support for all dispatchers with drivers’ paperwork for ACI/ACE
- Update and maintain ACE/ACI Fax number list, generally once a month
- Assist in taking dispatch calls from customers and drivers, and respond to inquiries when possible
- Contact customers and/or drivers when issues arrive (i.e., time delays, missing paperwork)
- Responsible to create an SOP and manage on handling of Customs paperwork and clearances to ensure delays are avoided
- Ensure follow up is being done with Customs Brokers or Customers when clearances are delayed
- Create PARS/PAPS stickers and monitor supplies
- Complete other duties as assigned

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Intermediate experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with AS400 preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. geography considered an asset
- Strong organization, time management, and computer skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Faxer les informations relatives à la notification préalable au courtier en douane et vérifier la confirmation sur le site Web de la notification préalable.
- Vérifier les PARS et PAPS entrants dans le système.
