We are seeking a Assisatant **Manager** to join our team.

We are looking for a leader who is hands-on, fully engaged and will provide a rewarding environment for our employees and our guests. Must have 5 years management experience in hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maximize room revenue by anticipating and planning for market shifts and develop and monitor strategic marketing and sales initiatives
- Oversee all aspects of guest service to ensure superior guest satisfaction
- Ensure quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relate to appearance, maintenance and cleanliness
- Develop and maintain rapport with key area contacts to ensure a visible presence in the local community
- Maintain Team Member motivation, training and development and compliance with policies, procedures and labor regulations
- Communicate and promote health and safety in the workplace

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Worked with Brand and Visual Matrix experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Manager within a branded hotel (eg. IHG, Mariott, Hilton, Best Western, etc)
- Must have Food and Beverage knowledge
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations including front office / guest service operations, room sales and marketing, housekeeping and maintenance
- Intermediate level computer skills - Visual Matrix knowledge is an asset
- Diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset
- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada**
