**Parkwood Suites** is a 76-unit Retirement Home providing Full Service Assisted Living. Parkwood has enhanced the lives of seniors in the Waterloo Region for over 50 years and it has earned a reputation as a Home where seniors can live in a vibrant and caring community. Our Retirement Home is seeking casual PSW's to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- A valid PSW certificate is required
- Previous UCP ('Unregulated Care Provider) experience or training a strong asset
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check within the last 6 months
- Current TB Skin Test
- A professional team -oriented person who provides quality care in a compassionate setting, as an individual and team member.
- You have experience in working within Retirement or Long Term Care
- Full availability for night shift, holidays, weekends required
- 3 Covid Vaccine doses

**Major Responsibilities**:
Attending to Resident Care needs, including medication, as required/scheduled.

Ability to attend to emergency situations as required.

Perform additional duties such as cleaning, laundry, and dining room set-up as part of regular job routine.

**Job Type**: Casual

Starting rate: 18.62
