**Service Coordinator - Health and Wellness**

**Status**:Permanent** **Full-Time
**Location: Markham, ON. **This hybrid position is based out of our Markham office. The majority of time will be work from home, with in office presence required as needed. Access to a vehicle or reliable transit is required for this position.

The **Service Coordinator** is part of our fun, energetic Health & Wellness team. We service the needs of our current employer customers, manage customer accounts as assigned, and provide administrative support. The focus will be on the coordination of Health and Wellness Programming for our local, regional and national customers including scheduling of flu and health screening clinics, maintaining participant schedules and online registration sites, report generation and invoice management.

**Key Outcomes & Accountabilities**:

- Operationalizing services and programs as assigned
- Assisting with the establishment of new customer relationships and accounts on the local, regional and national level, as well as account management as assigned
- Creating and maintaining the accuracy of online resources for workplace clinics
- Quoting on projects and services
- Marketing of key lines of business including Health and Wellness & Occupational Health Services
- Assisting in the ongoing development, integration, & maintenance of Lifemark’s customer relationship management system into clinic practices, as well as updating customer profiles on the platform as required
- Creating and/or performing quality assurance checks on customer account service reports as required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years customer service experience
- Team player, effective communicator and active listener
- Customer-centric
- Adaptable and flexible
