We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual for our rapidly growing team of parts professionals in Tisdale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive Parts requirements
- Provide detailed information and recommendations on automotive parts including availability, compatibility, and pricing
- Utilize electronic and physical parts catalogs to accurately identify and locate the required parts
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure an organized and efficient parts department
- Stay updated on new automotive parts and technologies through continuous learning and training

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson or in a similar role
- Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy handling inventory and transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
