Inossman North America Corp. is a member of the Cividale Spa group of companies with annual group revenues in excess of 400m USD. Our manufacturing facilities supply castings and forgings from 3lbs to 175,000lbs in all grades of steel. We support customers from the prototype phase and feasibility analysis, to the evaluation and optimisation of materials and geometries by the use of simulations and 3D modelling technologies.

We are looking for an ambitious sales administrator who with training would provide estimating services to join our small team in Kitchener, Canada.

**Role Summary**:

- Support the Internal sales manager to coordinate and execute all sales activities and strategies
- Central point of contact for customer inquiries, assist with Customer vendor questionnaires, maintain excellent levels of communication
- Prepare quotations for potential clients, including detailed pricing, specifications, and project timelines.
- Data input of quotations and sales orders
- Provide excellent customer service, address any concerns or issues promptly, and follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as engineering, operations, and customer support. This involves coordinating project details, communicating customer requirements, and managing expectations throughout the sales process.
- Active participation in the collaboration between our North American and European sales teams
- Other duties as assigned

**Your Profile**:

- College (preferable)
- Experience in a sales administration role for a manufacturing business (preferable serving the Engineering industry)
- Computer literate - training will be provided for sales IT system
- Willingness to grow, learn, develop and take-on new challenges.
- Proactive, analytical and results-driven working style.
- High team-working ability
- Excellent English and general communication skills
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
