**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling protocols are followed.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining high-quality customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in merchandising and product demos is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
