**Position Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic Web Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive sustainable growth. As a Web Marketing Strategist, you will work closely with our web engineering and content teams to create a cohesive and effective online marketing ecosystem.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our web developers to ensure our website is optimized for search engines, aiming to improve visibility and organic search rankings;
- Lead the distribution of engaging content across various online platforms to attract and retain a clearly defined audience;
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and the website, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategy and ROI;
- Implement strategies to improve the website's conversion rates, including A/B testing, user experience (UX) improvements, and conversion path optimization;
- Work closely with the web development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with product development and sales objectives.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful online marketing campaigns an asset;
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using digital analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance;
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals and audience needs;
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to adapt to changing trends in digital marketing and continuously seek out new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the curve;
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, an asset.

**Salary**: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
