**Incline Elevation Inc.** is a Canadian innovator in the design and manufacture of private residence inclined elevators that make steep residential and cottage properties safer and more accessible. Our systems are custom-built, using standard components, to suit each client’s terrain style, and needs, combining function, safety, and aesthetic appeal. As we grow across Canada, we’re seeking a hands-on, year-round Operations Manager to oversee the critical segments of our business, designing, manufacturing, building, and maintaining the safest and best lifts in our industry. We are based in Muskoka - right in the middle of Ontario’s highly desirable cottage country.

**The Role: Three Key Segments**

This role is diverse; the key operations vary as the seasons change**.**Responsibilities span manufacturing, on-site design, lift construction, and service operations. This is not for someone wanting a repetitive desk job.

**1. On-Site Installation (Summer and Fall - Field-Based Across Ontario)**
- Conduct site assessments and design custom solutions lifts for each property with input from the customer to understand their needs
- Lead field crews building our lifts at client properties
- Ensure that each lift is built safely, and that the resulting lift is safe, functional, and esthetically integrated into the environment
- Identify and solve challenges related to steep terrain, weather, and client-specific requests
- Coordinate installation timelines and client communication with the Office Administration

**2. Service & Maintenance Oversight (Primarily Spring but also Year-Round)**
- Oversee a team of service technicians providing support, repairs, and annual maintenance
- Train and mentor that team to ensure they are following company and industry practices.
- Respond to customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Manage seasonal maintenance schedules and parts replacement
- Maintain strong relationships with past clients through professional support
- Design, price, plan, and supervise upgrades to existing lifts

**3. Manufacturing Operations (Winter - Based in Bracebridge, ON)**
- Supervise the winter manufacturing of incline lift components at our Bracebridge facility
- Manage, train, and mentor a small team of production staff
- Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and production scheduling
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met
- Implement process improvements to boost quality, efficiency and reliability

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in construction, operations, or mechanical systems
- Proven ability to lead teams in both component manufacturing in the shop and building lifts in the field
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with outdoor site challenges
- Experience with residential or light commercial installations
- Mechanical and electrical aptitudes are key
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Ontario
- High commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- Bonus: familiarity with lift systems, cable installations, or sloped terrain construction, VFDs, Smart Relays, wiring, wire rope handling. CAD skills, and basic math and trig skills are key

We need a self-starter who can manage operations across multiple workstreams, adjust to seasonal shifts in workflow, and maintain quality from design to installation to long-term service. We need someone equally comfortable on a construction site, in a fabrication shop, and communicating with clients. We are looking for a curious individual who is eager to learn, and wants to solve problems as encountered, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
