**Position**:
The Intake Coordinator/Documents Specialist is responsible for the effective coordination and scheduling of all referrals received by CVE Inc. The role provides a consistently professional and timely response to customers wishing to refer services to CVE Inc. The Intake Coordinator/Documents Specialist is required to schedule according to the procedures and requirements of all unique customers, while following internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities include review of referral requests, assigning appropriate assessors, accurate recording of all details and information, scheduling/coordination of third party services or spaces, accurate communication of information to referring parties/clients. Administrative responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, updating of internal referral management system, creation and delivery of correspondence, compiling/reviewing medical briefs and creating document lists, attending staff meetings or training as required. Recruitment of assessors, fee negotiation, and statistics maintenance may be required.

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
