**About the Role**:
We are seeking motivated and well-connected **Independent Sales Contractors** to bring in new security contracts. This is **commission-only** — no base salary. You control how you work, when you work, and who you approach. Wolfpack provides the service delivery; you focus only on sales.
**What You’ll Do (as an Independent Contractor)**:
- Identify, approach, and secure contracts from developers, construction companies, property managers, and businesses.
- Negotiate contract terms with decision-makers.
- Submit signed agreements to Wolfpack for service fulfillment.
- Build long-term client relationships to create recurring revenue streams.
**Compensation (Uncapped Commission)**:
- **10% commission** on every contract secured.
- **15% commission** on contracts over $100,000 annually.
- Ongoing **recurring commission** for the life of the client contract.
- Example: Secure a $250,000 security contract → earn **$25,000 - $37,500**.
- **Unlimited earning potential** — the more you close, the more you make.

**Important Note**:
This is **not an employment position**. It is an **independent contractor opportunity**. There is **no base salary, benefits, or employee entitlements** under BC Employment Standards. Compensation is **commission only**, paid after client contract activation and initial payment.

Pay: $50,488.00-$150,000.00 per year
