**Job Overview**:As the Sales, Marketing, Property, and Acquisition Manager at The Bay Suites, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and expansion in the Montreal market. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, while also overseeing property management and the acquisition process of new clients or customers.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Montreal market, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients, customers, and partners through diverse channels, such as online platforms, networking events, and industry collaborations.
**Acquisition Management**: Take charge of the entire acquisition process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
**Property Management**: Oversee the management and maintenance of The Bay Suites' properties in Montreal, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
**Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, guests, and key stakeholders to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to shape the business's approach.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
**Goal Setting and Reporting**: Set ambitious sales targets and regularly track progress, preparing detailed reports for management on sales performance, property status, and market dynamics.
**Networking**: Represent The Bay Suites at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, expanding the network and identifying new opportunities.
**Team Leadership**: As the team expands, recruit, train, and mentor new sales and marketing personnel, ensuring the achievement of departmental goals.
**Flexibility and Weekend Work**: Embrace flexibility and dedication to work on weekends, attending special events or client meetings as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, ideally with experience in business development or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the Montreal market, its dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Experience in property management, including maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented individual.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car for business-related travel.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to changing business needs.
