**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Deliver exceptional member service** by assisting guests and members with inquiries about memberships, personal training, class schedules, and facility amenities.
- **Conduct facility tours** to highlight Fitness Forum London’s equipment, training zones, group fitness studios, and membership options—helping prospective members find the best fit for their fitness goals.
- **Promote memberships and services** by using effective communication and upselling techniques, ensuring that each customer’s needs are met while maximizing sales opportunities.
- **Maintain a clean and organized sales area** by ensuring promotional materials, brochures, and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- **Accurately process memberships, renewals, and retail transactions** using the club’s POS system while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and documentation.
- **Collaborate with fitness and front-desk teams** to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and consistent member satisfaction.
- **Stay knowledgeable** about current promotions, membership plans, and Fitness Forum London programs to effectively communicate value to clients.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in **sales or customer service**, preferably in a **fitness, recreation, or membership-based environment**.
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to build rapport and motivate potential members.
- Familiarity with **POS systems, membership databases, and cash handling procedures**.
- Excellent **organizational skills** and attention to detail when managing sales records and promotional materials.
- **Goal-oriented mindset** with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset, allowing stronger communication with Fitness Forum London’s diverse membership base.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
