We are seeking an organized, curious, and motivated **Purchasing Coordinator** to support our multi-hotel procurement activities. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with suppliers, particularly in China, and coordinating the delivery, receipt, and quality of goods destined for our hotels. You will play a key role in logistics tracking, supplier communications, and group-wide inventory management.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Research products, suppliers, and alternatives based on incoming requests.
- Communicate with suppliers, primarily in China, to obtain quotes and place orders.
- Track shipments and ensure goods are delivered to the correct hotels within agreed timelines.
- Inspect product quality upon receipt and handle returns or claims as needed.
- Receive certain deliveries at Hôtel Bonaventure when required.
- Support inventory monitoring and recommend purchases to replenish stock.

**Profile Sought**
- Experience in procurement or logistics (an asset), but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin AND French or English.
- Interest in the hospitality industry or dynamic multi-site environments.

**Conditions and Benefits**

- Stable schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
