Our team provides services related to environmental, geotechnical, hydrogeological, instrumentation & monitoring, ecology, and rural servicing to help our clients manage the complexities and liabilities associated with their projects. As part of your role, you may expect to be involved in:
- Providing technical CAD/GIS support on a variety of projects to support various service lines, including geotechnical investigations, instrumentation & monitoring, hydrogeology, rural servicing, contaminated lands, and ecology
- Preparation of General Arrangement, Engineering Detail, and Sectional Detail drawings
- Preparation of Geological and Engineering Cross Sections
- Preparation of Base Maps, Topographic Maps, Schematic diagrams
- Assisting with the management of various mapping, graphic, and tabular data for internal and external projects
- Communications with clients and other EnVision team members to assist with the development and execution of work
- Fostering an atmosphere of continuous improvement
- Proactively committing to creating a positive work environment
- Supporting Health & Safety programs
- Collaborating with other disciplines at EnVision with respect to multi-disciplinary projects
- Any other functions assigned as part of your employment
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, and a working knowledge of GIS, software packages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Ability to work from home when required and from the office (following Public
Health guidance) when required
- Comfortable interacting with the clients and co-workers
- Ability to, or progression towards, working independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, and to proactively respond to time-sensitive issues
**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
