Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the hotel. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, such as carpet cleaning or deep cleaning
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Customer service skills for interacting with clients in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Knowledge of custodial duties and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to clean effectively and efficiently in residential settings
- Familiarity with sanitization protocols to maintain a hygienic environment
- Experience with carpet cleaning techniques is desirable
- Understanding of housekeeping management principles is an asset

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends only
