**Lead Carpenter**

**Role Introduction**:

As a lead carpenter, you have a central role in the success of projects by ensuring that the job site runs smoothly and safely. You work closely with and learn from a project manager who oversees multiple projects at once.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing the movement of people and materials at a job site
- Ensuring that projects stages are completed to a high standard
- Interacting with sub-trades and communicating project goals
- Managing carpenter helpers
- Providing daily project updates to the project manager

What You Bring To The Role:

- Red Seal (or international equivalent) Carpenter with experience in finish carpentry.
- Have and maintain your own set of hand tools, drill and driver, and PPE
- Living in the Sea-to-Sky currently.
- Working knowledge of various areas of renovation construction.
- Proven organization skills.
- A valid BC Driver’s license and clean driver's abstract.
- A reliable truck is considered an asset.

Wages & Benefits:

- Hourly wage increase for supplying your own power tools.
- After 3-months, you will gain access to our bonus structure and health spending account.
- All employees are enrolled in a profit-sharing program after 1-year.

**Salary**: $28.00-$37.00 per hour
