**Requirements**:
Reporting to the General Counsel, as our next law clerk you will operate as a trusted and governor of documentations for the General Counsel to help us protect the legal health of our 6 real estate portfolio companies. The goal is to build more corporate governance through your skills whereby we can mitigate our risk, provide more structure and organization to ultimately minimize external legal costs.

**Key Skills**
- Conduct research and analysis on residential land/housing markets throughout the GTA/GGH across all product types
- Prepare and review written reports to the VP regarding the results of pro forma analysis or for external reporting/submission documents (e.g. RFP, RFQ, LOI, partner reporting, etc.) as necessary
- Maintain a research database of land transactions, servicing/construction costs, financial trends and housing market data and prepare presentations to the executive team as required
