**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Assistant - Retail Sales**

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Retail Sales for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, the Administrative Assistant will provide executive and administrative support to the Vice President of Retail Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the effective and efficient operation of a busy and demanding environment in a highly responsible and confidential manner, while also providing superior customer service, for the Leadership Team.

**Key Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Booking meetings/meeting rooms
- Processing and surveillance on individual T & E expenses
- Updating team phone list
- Attend admin forum meetings
- Assist with volunteer activities
- Participate with on-boarding team and work to prepare for arrival of new employees
- Onboarding new interns/team members (Onboarding info/directions on PepsiCo intranet)
- Sample “Welcome” binder on desk. Make copies and give copy to each new person on boarded.
- Assist and fully lead the execution of department meetings and events for the finance team
- Update vacation tracker
- Update Org Charts
- Process T&E and G&A Spend Reports on a periodic basis
- Invoice processing
- Key Meetings logistic support

**Who’s a good fit for the team**:
Associates Degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- The applicant must also have demonstrated problem solving and planning skills focused on the ability to plan, prioritize and execute
- 3-4 years of executive administration is required
- Strong organization skills are a must along with attention to detail
