**CAREER SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES**

At Naida, we place heavy emphasis on copywriting, as good writing is at the heart of good storytelling. And that’s what we do here. In one form or another, we write stories for our clients, stories that satisfy an objective, build brand awareness, and ultimately generate conversions.

Other duties may include:
**Social Media**
- Developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns including creating content calendars, scheduling posts, measuring performance, and adjusting accordingly
- Promoting products or services through social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as they come up
- Reviewing analytics and statistics to identify popular topics and trends within niche markets or industries
- Staying on top of social media trends
- Implementing paid ads as required
- Supporting the graphics design team with layout and design

**Account Management and Strategy**
- Conducting research to understand client needs and wants to develop effective marketing strategies
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with services and results
- Analyzing data, reporting results, and making recommendations based on finding

**REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS**
- Two to three years of experience as a content marketer
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience
- Exceptional writing skills with an attention to detail
- Able to stay on-strategy and identify content initiatives as they arise
- Up to date with current trends on social media, social media management, social advertising with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
- Intermediate knowledge on graphic design and video production
- Great organizational skills

**DETAILS**
- Full-time position with salary based on experience
- Remote/Hybrid work model (flexible)
- Benefits available after 3 months
- Located in Winnipeg, MB
