**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving business growth through effective financial management. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, business development, and process improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead efforts in business development by identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize financial performance.
- Manage cash flow and ensure the organization maintains adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support project management initiatives that require financial oversight.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a comparable organization.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated skills in business development, process improvement, negotiation, leadership, and project management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $250,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
