**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
**Shop parts inventory management and equipment service coordinating**
- Request parts and supplies from internal and external sources;
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels (min/max)and remove out of code products;
- Respond quickly and accurately to part requests from shop personnel;
- Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone;
- Unloading delivery trucks;
- Unload delivery truck to receive and stock inventory;
- Monitor parts Issued from inventory to work orders;
- Process warranty cores for return;
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Store and issue a variety of equipment parts; process requests for parts room items via computer.
- Make periodic inventory counts of parts room items to ensure proper identification and re-supply needs.
- Maintain the equipment parts room in a clean and orderly fashion and in accordance with standard accepted warehouse procedures.
- Maintain accurate/up to date records and related documentation for all pieces of equipment and tools
- Coordinating vendors for building maintenance and repairs
- Assist with scheduling/updating work with operations and the shop
- Assist supervisor in keeping track of due and overdue equipment
- Other duties as assigned by management;

- **Experience in parts background (truck/trailer/heavy parts);**:

- **Must be able to maintain a safe, reasonably clean and organized work environment**:

- **Must be able to follow directions;**:

- **Must be computer literate**:

- **Parts clerk dealing with inventory, ordering parts for mechanics, helping with setting up services and with a lot of computer entry.**:

- **Data entry experience in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment preferred.**:

- **Must be able to operate a forklift, certification or previous experience a plus;**:

- **Must be able to lift 50lbs**

Pay: $70,000.00-$88,025.00 per year
