About Us:
As a reputable post hole company, we specialize in digging and setting services, catering to clients who require professional assistance with their projects. We also excel in building fences and decks, ensuring our customers' outdoor spaces are beautiful and functional.

Job Responsibilities:

- Digging holes using mini-skid steers (operators only), occasionally manual digging is required and shaping using clam shovels and pry-bars.
- Mixing concrete, leveling posts, pushing wheelbarrows, and performing general tasks to support the job site operations.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at the work site by removing debris, marking post locations, and organizing materials.
- Safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Arriving promptly at our home-office in Richmond Hill at 7:30 am to join the team for the day.

**Requirements**:

- Ownership of steel-toed safety boots (preferably ankle-height for ankle support and protection).
- Reliable transportation to our home-office in Richmond Hill.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn.
